Each apartment has its own terrace that offers beautiful landscapes in the afternoon or evening sun, as well as a view of the magnificent Lake Rakennusjärvi, which is only about 50 m away from the apartments. There is a pleasant hiking trail and a cross-country skiing trail meanders on the shore of the lake. There is also a swimming area and a barbecue hut in the vicinity of the apartments. The varied services of Paljakka Ski Resort are less than a kilometre from the Kotipaljakka Accomodations.
All the apartments have their own sauna and kitchen. Pets are not allowed in house A but they are allowed in house B.
