Gîte du Moulin

Our mill gîte is located in the charming village of Gunsbach in the heart of the Munster valley in Alsace.

The apartment is spacious and bright and offers a beautiful view of the valley of Munster. It has been completely renovated and is located on the 1st floor of a house dating from before the 1st World War.

The gîte has a capacity of 5 to 7 people, with a total area of 90m2.
No smoking, pets are not allowed.

Gunsbach is a charming little village of 950 inhabitants, where it is good to live in the heart of a green nature, the valley of Munster Only 3 km from the centre of Munster, Gunsbach is world famous as the village of Albert Schweitzer, Nobel Peace Prize winner in 1952. This inventor of humanitarian medicine called himself "Gunsbach's Man, Citizen of the World".

The gîte is composed of :
- 1 entry airlock,
- 1 equipped kitchen semi-open to the living room (fridge/freezer, oven + ceramic hob, dishwasher, Tassimo coffee machine, microwave, toaster, kettle)
- 1 large living room with a sofa bed and a single sofa + television (NETFLIX access possible if you are a subscriber) with DVD player, some games for the little ones, books for young and old, DVD,
- 1 bathroom with large shower and double basin (hairdryer available),
- 1 bedroom with a bed 140x190 (mattress 27 cm) and wardrobe with plenty of storage space,
- 1 large bedroom with a bed 160x200 (mattress 27 cm) and a bed 90x190 as well as a large wardrobe with wardrobe,
- 1 independent WC.

Free WIFI.
A high chair and an umbrella bed are available on request. At your disposal washing machine, ironing board and iron.

Outside we have a beautiful 6 ares fenced garden surrounded by greenery, a very large sheltered room being developed to allow you to enjoy the outdoors as soon as the sunny days return (in summer possibility to barbecue).
The house is located just in front of a large parking lot.

Rental from 2 nights, rates based on 5 people:
- Weekly rate from 350€ to 490€ (7 nights)
- Weekend rate : 150 € (2 nights)

To be provided in addition:
- Rental of bed linen
- Cleaning option: fixed price of 50 €
