A few steps lead down to the first floor of the accommodation, which comprises an entrance hall opening onto the living room and kitchen, a lounge and dining area for 7 people, a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the entrance hall, with a fold-out table that can be used to create a small dining area for 3 people, a separate toilet, and a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The first floor comprises a bedroom with 3 single beds, a bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a crib, and a bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin.
A second part, served by a corridor with a step in front of it, includes a bedroom with a double bed (160cm), a bathroom with bath, WC and double washbasin, a games room with sofa and TV, as well as table soccer and board games.
Outside, you cross a private driveway serving 2 houses to access, from the laundry room, the 350 m² garden at the rear of the house. Parking is available at the rear of the gîte or in the owner's courtyard. Bike storage available. The staircase to the first floor is rather steep. Pets on request.
