Built on 3 levels, it is not recommended for people with reduced mobility. Ground floor: entrance with access to - 1 garage, - 1 fitness room and - ground floor: fully-equipped open-plan kitchen opening onto 1 living/dining room, fireplace, TV with 100-channel bouquet, 1 shower room, WC, laundry room, and a double bedroom. Upstairs: WC, 2nd double bedroom and mezzanine with 2 beds. Fiber optic + internet box. Its south-facing balcony offers a panoramic view over the valley, and its private west-facing terrace, in a wooded setting, features garden furniture ideal for relaxing or children?s outdoor games. Close to village shops and SNCF train station. Supermarket less than 10km away. Numerous leisure activities nearby: hiking trails, swimming pool, ski slopes, lake, ideal location for more distant tourist/cultural visits to Thann, Mulhouse, Basel, etc Organization Minimum stay 1 week (7 nights) in High Season and School Holidays, arrival Saturday between 4:00 and 6:00 pm and departure the following Saturday before 10:00 am. Weekend (3 nights) or MiddleWeek (4 nights) rentals available in low and mid-season Pets not allowed.
