La Corte è stata ricavata da un antico fortino gentilizio del 1600, sapientemente restaurato, dal quale sono stati ricavati 5 appartamenti indipendenti, tutti intorno ad un'unica aia dove i bambini possono giocare indisturbati.Agli appartamenti sono stati assegnati i nomi dei nobili che hanno governato nel passato la Val d'Aveto. La struttura comprende anche ampi giardini con alberi secolari, barbecue e taverna con forno a legna.
