The Park of Friendship, Kuhmo Finland

The Park of Friendship was founded in 1990, the complex of five Kuhmo Nature Reserve. In the Park of Friendship, you will find a genuine, original frontier wilderness with a large beast. The park was created to protect the Kainuu forest and marshy wilderness, lake and ridge nature and forest deer habitats. At the same time, a nature center was established in Kuhmo and natural research in the area was promoted.
