South Tyrol West (Südtirol West) with snowshoes

Collection of "Little Fish Trek" snowshoeing routes recorded throughout Western South Tyrol, west of the Etsch Valley and Eisack Valley.
 This is an area with endless winter possibilities, and this collection can only be a subjective and very partial representation of the area.
In the recommended bibliography for each itinerary, reference is also made to many ski mountaineering guidebooks where one can find "compatible between the two worlds" hikes.
However, snowshoeing and skiing remain "two different worlds": never uncritically follow previous skiers' tracks and always keep in mind the limits of use of one's gear.
