In Hemsedal, we have 150 km of machine-prepared cross-country tracks and in addition 140 km of mountain trails. Gravset Skiarena is the center for cross-country skiing and here you will also find a cafe weekends and holidays and floodlit tracks until 22 every day. Our high mountain trails are groomed when the weather is stable from approx. week 7.
 
Is your dog with you? In Hemsedal there is a leash requirement throughout the season in the ski areanas Gravset (up to 8km) and Totteskogen, as well as the valley & forest tracks from Gravset in the east to Feten and Lio in the west. During Christmas-, winter-, and Easter, leash requirements apply to all machine-groomed trails. Remember that your dog should not hinder anyone and thank you for cleaning up after your dog.
 
Use the bus
 
From mid-February, you can take the cross-country bus to Bjøberg and ski back, read more at hemsedal.com. 
 
Or use the ski bus, for example, to Skigaarden, Tuv, or Ulsåk.
