Kayak trips in Fläming

The route passes by Jagdschloss Glienicke and Babelsberg Palace. The left side of Pfaueninsel is very popular, quiet, and invites you to simply drift along.

A beautiful 17 km long day route by boat (kayak) runs on the Havel and its tributary, both in Potsdam and Berlin. Starting at the S-Bahn station Griebnitzsee (boat dock), you travel on the former border strip of the GDR/FRG on the Teltow Canal, first to Babelsberg Park, then to Glienicke Volkspark, under the historic Glienicke Bridge to the Sacrow Chapel, further to Peacock Island, across the large Wannsee, Pohlesee, Stölpchensee and back to Griebnitzsee.

The boat trip with the Weiße Flotte departs from Potsdam to the castles up to Peacock Island and the New Garden with Cecilienhof Palace.
