It is a two-story building that was renovated from an existing military facility.
The most recent renovation took place in 2020, when the number of available beds was reduced to prioritize guest comfort, resulting in the creation of 6 rooms with private bathrooms. It has 25 beds in private rooms accommodating 1, 2, or 4 guests. Six of the eleven rooms have private bathrooms; the others have shared facilities and showers on each floor. It offers bar, restaurant, and hostel services.
Guests can enjoy a fitness room suitable for beginners. It is also a convenient starting point for ice climbing.
