Diese Hütte gehört zum Hüttennetz der balearischen Regierung. Dieses ehemalige private Ferienhaus befindet sich direkt am Strand von s'Arenalet des Verger, im Parc Natural de la Península de Llevant auf Mallorca, und kann nur zu Fuß erreicht werden über folgende Wege:
- vom Wanderparkplatz s'Alqueria Vella über den Camí dels Presos und den Camí d'en Mondoi oder den Camí d'Esquena Llarga (ca. 3 Stunden Marsch)
- von Cala Mitjana an der Küste entlang über den Camí dels Carabiners (ca. 1,5 Stunden Marsch)
Die Hütte verfügt über 2 Stockwerke und 7 Schlafzimmer mit Kapazität für insgesamt 22 Personen (3 Zweibettzimmer, 4 Vierbettzimmer). Sie ist nicht bewirtschaftet, dafür aber komplett ausgestattet mit vollständiger Küche, Solarstrom lediglich für Hausgeräte, Trinkwasser und Wasserboiler.

Die Hütte ist nur zu Fuß erreichbar:
