Situato in una posizione panoramica d'eccezione, tra la Valle Arroscia e l'alta Valle Argentina, offre un panorama che in un solo sguardo abbraccia le cime delle Alpi Liguri fino al mare
Il Rifugio La Terza, situato a circa 2.050 m s.l.m. sul Monte Saccarello, è stato ricavato nell'ex stazione intermedia della seggiovia che un tempo collegava Monesi alla vetta Parco Alpi Liguri. Inaugurato nel 2019 dalla famiglia Porro, oggi offre un’accogliente struttura composta da bar, ristorante e camere o mini appartamenti con bagno e cucina Parco Alpi Liguri. Con una capienza di circa 30 ospiti, è la meta ideale per escursionisti e appassionati di mountain bike.
La posizione panoramica è davvero speciale: da un lato si dominano le cime delle Alpi Liguri e sullo sfondo si scorge il mare. È punto di passaggio di importanti itinerari escursionistici come l’Alta Via dei Monti Liguri, la Via del Sale e la Grande Traversata Alpina. Inoltre, gli ambienti naturali circostanti – come il Bosco delle Navette e gli ambienti d’alta quota – rendono l’esperienza outdoor ancora più affascinante.

ALTA VIA DEL SALE
Una spettacolare strada bianca che collega le Alpi al Mare. Il tracciato, interamente sterrato, si snoda tra i 1800 e i 2100 metri, e collega Monesi con Limone Piemonte. Un'esperienza outdoor da vivere in fuoristrada, moto o in bici.
OUTDOOR
Monesi è un vero e proprio crocevia di sentieri escursionistici e ciclabili, ideale per chi ama vivere all’aria aperta. Tra i percorsi più affascinanti, spicca l'Antica Via del Sale, l'Alta Via dei Monti Liguri e la Grande Traversata Alpina, tre cammini montani che attraversano e fanno tappa sulle nostre montagne. Ma forse la vera magia di Monesi di Triora si trova nei percorsi che, dai monti, scendono fino al mare
BOSCO DELLE NAVETTE
Un angolo incantato. Il bosco delle navette è un lariceto che si estende per oltre 1000 ettari. Lo si può visitare a piedi o in bici lungo i sentieri che lo attraversano, o percorrendo l'Alta Via del Sale.
