Die Hütte ist das ganze Jahr über bewacht (Nando und Dani 2008) und bietet Platz für 115 Personen. Alle Mahlzeiten können bei Bedarf mit Lunchpaketen geliefert werden.
Die Hütte liegt auf einer Höhe von 1895 Metern mit Aussichten über das Tal und ist eine schöne Kulisse für viele Aktivitäten im Freien. Für den Bergsteiger bietet es einen idealen Ausgangspunkt für Aufstiege von Posets und Perdiguero.
Die Terrasse außerhalb des Refugio bietet viel Platz zum Eintauchen ein paar Sonnenstrahlen am frühen Abend während des Wartens auf das Abendessen und die Aussicht ist einfach wunderschön.
Die Gastfreundschaft im Estós ist unübertroffen.
Hütte gehört dem F.A.M. Federacion Aragonesa de Montanismo
