To make the most of your mountain holiday, refuges are the best choice to treat yourself to the right amount of refreshment after beautiful walks in the midst of nature, living a truly authentic local experience. In fact, Burz Refuge, renovated in 2013, combines tradition and modernity, thanks to the traditional wooden exterior and the (recently renovated) interior capable of providing comfort and modernity, with panoramic windows offering an exceptional 360° view of the entire area. At lunch and dinner you can enjoy traditional flavours as well as international dishes, both for those looking for a quick meal while waiting to resume skiing or snowboarding, and for those who want to savour more substantial and tasty dishes, perhaps to be enjoyed on the veranda, enjoying the suggestive belvedere. Knuckle of pork, grilled pork, grilled meat, lamb with potatoes, vanilla strudel, are just some of the delicacies that you can enjoy at the refuge, accompanied by refreshing drinks, for a truly satisfying food and wine experience and ideal for facing the beautiful ski slopes. The Burz hut can also be reached by the Burz chairlift without skis on your feet, both on the outward and return journeys.
