Die Knödelhütte liegt auf 1407 m Seehöhe und wird sanft bewirtschaft. Die urige Hütte in idyllischer Almlandschaft lädt zum Genießen ein. Traditionelle, selbstgemachte Almjause sowie Süßes nach täglichen Angebot werden uns hier serviert. Dazu darf auch der richtige Tropfen nicht fehlen. Zu den Spezialitäten zählt auch das täglich wechselnde Suppenangebot sowie im Sommer die Schwammerlgerichte.
Die Knödelhütte ist von Anfang Juni bis Ende September geöffnet. Der Fahrweg zur Knödelhütte vom Packsattel aus ist für Busse geöffnet.
