A simple accomodation, next to Othem church, providing shelter for two pilgrims. Access to toilet, shower and a simple kitchen. Can't be booked in advance.

60 meters east of Othem's church, in the small shed at the cemetery's turning point, you will find a pilgrims' shelter. Behind the door with the cross of St Olof, there is a room with a bunk bed and a kitchenette. Bring your own sleeping bag and pillow! It is possible to heat food on a hotplate. Access to an electric kettle is available.

The small shed also has a shower and WC. The key can be found if you start walking around the shed ( to the left). Beyond the short side is a piece of wood (or sheet metal) at ground level leaning against a post. Behind it is the key. During the summer we install a key box next to the door, with code 1029, the year Saint Olof set foot on Gotland. The shed is locked because too many caravans leave rubbish and sewage here, unfortunately.

The beds cannot be booked but are simply there for those who need a place to rest on their pilgrimage.
