Mountain shelter Rossijevo sklonište is located in the heart of Rožanski kukovi, right below the rock called Pasarićev kuk. The shelter was built in 1929. It is named after Ljudevit Rossi, researcher of the flora of Velebit. There is a water cistern next to the facility.
