A natural balcony at an altitude of 1824 metres, overlooking the Brenta Dolomites and the Presanella group: this is where Malga Stabli is located.
To get to this corner of paradise above the small village of Ortisé, a small hamlet in the municipality of Mezzana, you can climb on foot or by MTB passing on a comfortable forest road that allows you to take a loop ride. Entering Malga Stabli you are immediately welcomed by an intimate and welcoming environment heated by the Tyrolean stube in the centre of the dining room. The cuisine of Tommaso and Valeria, the managers of the hut, is typical Trentino cuisine with simple traditional dishes including appetizers with cured meats, typical cheeses and crispy potato cakes, canederli, noodles with deer and mushrooms, spatlze, stew with mushrooms and melted cheese are just some of the specialties that can be tasted.
