Malga Sadole at an altitude of 1,600 metres can be reached by car from Ziano di Fiemme. The environment is pleasantly rustic, but well-kept and welcoming. The kitchen offers typical Trentino dishes. Famous is its goulash stew and its fortaie, a typical local egg-based dessert accompanied by berries or chocolate jam. Booking in advance, you can also dine and sleep in the hut, to savour the thrill of sunset and sunrise in the mountains.
