Si trova in una bella e panoramica posizione tra i pascoli del Monte Crep e i boschi del Monte Prenduol nel Comune di Miane.
Dalla malga stessa o immediate vicinanze il panorama spazia dalle Alpi Feltrine a quelle Bellunesi, con lo Schiara ed il Serva in primo piano, fino alla dorsale tra il Monte Cesèn e il Col Visentìn. Nei mesi di apertura - solitamente da maggio a ottobre - qui avviene la produzione e vendita di prodotti caseari. Nel periodo estivo la malga offre agli escursionisti di passaggio l’occasione di ristoro e dispone di due stanze (con tre posti letto ciascuna) per il pernottamento. Nella parte sud della costruzione c’è un bivacco sempre aperto e ben tenuto, con cucina, caminetto, locale notte, stufa e brande.
