Von Deutschnofen oder dem Lavazèjoch aus Bestens zu erreichen, ist die Lieg Alm auch bei Familien ein beliebtes Ausflugsziel. Der Weg vom Lavazèjoch zur Hütte ist sogar kinderwagentauglich und nicht allzu lang. Auch Mountainbiker geniessen einen wohlverdienten Stop im Warmen und im Winter treffen sich hier Schneeschuhwanderer, Langläufer und Rodelfreunde zu Speis und Trank.
Köstlich werden die Besucher versorgt. Erfrischende Getränke und allerhand schmackhafte traditionelle Speisen bringen den ehrlichen Geschmack Südtirols auf die Teller der hungrigen Gäste. Vor allem die hausgemachten Torten sollte man zusammen mit der traumhaften Aussicht geniessen. Gerne organisieren die Gastgeber zu speziellen Anlässen die Feierlichkeiten für größere Gruppen und bereiten unvergessliche Stunden vor. Ein Besuch auf der Lieg Alm zahlt sich auf jeden Fall aus.
