The hut has 35 sleeping spots, and sleeping bags are required. Amenities include a barbecue area, sinks, and separate restrooms for men and women. Drinks are always available; guests must provide their own food. Dogs are welcome.
Access is on foot: From Nenningen, the hut can be reached in about an hour; from the parking lot at the ski jump in Degenfeld, a roughly 2.2 km trail leads there. For booked groups, a special permit for vehicle access is available upon request.
The Kreuzberghütte is an ideal meeting place for groups, clubs, or families who appreciate nature and community. Away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, you can spend undisturbed time here—whether hiking, sitting together in a cozy atmosphere, or around the campfire. A slice of Alb idyll with history and special charm.
