Die Gleiwitzer Hütte wurde 1900 erbaut. Sie liegt am nördlichsten Rand der Glockner-Gruppe im Nationalpark Hohe Tauern, zwischen dem Kapruner Tal und Fuscher Tal. Die gemütliche, liebevoll ausgestattete Hütte bietet zum Übernachten: 19 Zimmerlager/Betten, 53 Matratzenlager sowie 12 Winterraum-Lager (ganzjährig offen) in einer ruhigen, erholsamen Kulisse. Von den zahlreichen Tourenmöglichkeiten ist für jeden etwas dabei.
