Prices

General information:
- The holiday camp is part of the camping area in Splügen and is located at the western end of the village.
- All beds are equipped with pillows and blankets (covered). A sleeping bag is not necessary.
- Self-catering
- Towels/kitchen towels: to be brought by the guest.
- Final cleaning: standard self-cleaning by the guest.
- Parking space (free of charge) in front of the house.
- House rules and inventory list can be requested from us.
- Pets not allowed.
- WiFi (in the camping building next door) can be used (no reception in the camp house!).

Services included in the quoted price:
- Bed linen, guest tax (according to the number of persons at the time of booking).

Optionally bookable:
- Final cleaning: Carried out by the tenant or can be cleaned on request.
- Breakfast or half board on request

Additional costs:
- Guest tax (additional persons), electricity according to consumption.
- Waste charges according to consumption (to be obtained directly on site at the camping reception and paid in cash)

Cancellation conditions:
- Handling fee: CHF 100.00
- Cancellation fees (based on rental price): up to 270 days before date of arrival 10% / 269 to 90 days before date of arrival 40% / 89 to 0 days before date of arrival 100%.

Terms of payment:
- Deposit: within 10 days of booking date
- Final payment: 30 days before arrival
- Final account: after departure
