Die Sulzkaralm am Fuße der Bischofsmütze und des Gosaukammes ist eine kleine urige Hütte - ganz traditionell, einladend und heimelig.
Die von der Familie Ebner vom Knablhof geführte Hütte ist ein Kleinod der Gegend. Die "Kas-Jausn" ist weitum bekannt - hier wird alles selber erzeugt.
Unser Alm-Schmankerl - die Kas-Jaus'n. Auf der Sulzenalm werden verschiedene Sorten Käse erzeugt - Schüsselkäse, Radstädter Käse, oder auch der "Alm-Mozzarella". Ein frisches Bauernbrot dazu, was gibt's besseres ?
