Chalupa se nachází v malebném údolí na konci obce Popůvky u romantického potůčku. Vyniká zejména stylovým vybavením a celkovým konfortem.

Je vyhledávaná především milovníky turistiky, cyklistiky a rybolovu, pro svoji vyjímečnou polohu mezi spoustou památek, chráněných území, vodních i lesních ploch. Díky rozmanitosti přírody, si na své v sezóně přijdou i houbaři. Koupáni zajišťuje blízká Dalešická přehrada nebo bazén na zahradě o průměru 3,66 m. Příjemnou atmosféru dotváří venkovní posezení v altánu s krbem a grilem.
