Das Chalet Real ist ein Fertigbauhaus im englischen Stil, das im Jahr 1912 errichtet wurde, um den König Alfons XIII. während seiner Jagtaktivitäten in den Picos de Europa unterzubringen. Es befindet sich am Fuße der Peña Vieja, auf den Bergwiesen von Áliva und wird bis heute in intaktem Zustand erhalten.
