Zwei Berghütten befinden sich am Passo San Lucio, über den die Grenze zwischen der Schweiz und Italien verläuft. Die Capanna San Lucio liegt auf der Schweizer Seite.

Die Capanna San Lucio liegt auf 1542 m hoch über dem Val Colla im Tessin. Auf der anderen Seite des Passes, hinter der steinernen Kirche aus dem 15. Jahrhundert, geht es hinab ins italienische Val Cavargna.

Die Hütte mit ihrer aussichtsreichen Sonnenterrasse bietet typische Spezialitäten aus der Region zu guten Preisen und ist sowohl bei Wanderern als auch bei Mountainbikern beliebt. Etwas weiter oberhalb, auf der italienischen Seite, kann alternativ auch im Rifugio San Lucio eingekehrt und übernachtet werden.
