The Briccius Sennerei Sattelalm is located at an altitude of 1,606 meters. The hut can be reached via the 1st stage of the Alpe-Adria-Trail (start at Kaiser-Franz-Josefs-Höhe), via the Kräuterwand car park (approx. 45 minutes) or from the center via the Haritzersteig (approx. 1.5 Hours).

You can expect simple, rural food with regional farm products, warming soups, milk from the alpine pastures, organic apple juice and cider and homemade pastries. There is a children's playground for the little ones!
