Il bivacco sorge a ovest del Passo di Pra Castrón ed è un prefabbricato in legno con buona isolazione. Venne eretto nel 1985 dalla Sezione S.A.T. di Dimaro. É dedicato al giovane scalatore Claudio Costanzi Albasini, precipitato dalla parete occidentale della Cima Nana.

Il bivacco Costanzi sorge al Pra Castrón a 2503 m ed è un comodo valico fra la Val Madris e la Val del Vent.

Si scende tra bellissimi prati verso il Bivacco Costanzi affacciato sulla val di Sole. Panorama vastissimo verso il Carè Alto, Presanella, tutto il gruppo Cevedale Ortles.

Directions

Dal paese di Tuenno si seguono le indicazioni per lago di Tovel e si lascia al macchina al parcheggio (a pagamento). Dal lago di Tovel si prosegue sul sentiero 309 per malga Tuena. Dopo la Malga Tuena, si trova sulla destra il bivio per la Val Madris. Si lascia il sent. 306 e si arriva al passo di Pra Castron. Si scende verso il Bivacco Costanzi affacciato sulla val di Sole.

ll bivacco è raggiungibile anche attraverso il sentiero 329 da Folgarica oppure con il sentiero 365 da Carciato.
