Was gibt es Schöneres als zum Abschluss einer ausgiebigen Wandertour in einer Wanderhütte einzukehren oder diese als Ziel anzusteuern? Die Wanderhütte Sattelei, als ganzjährig geöffnete und bewirtschaftete Hütte, hat da einiges zu bieten.
Die Wanderhütte Sattelei lädt auf 706 Metern Höhe zwischen Mitteltal und dem Tonbachtal zu einer kleinen Erfrischungspause, einem zünftigen Vesper oder Kaffee und Kuchen ein. Die Hütte ist ganzjährig geöffnet und wird gerne als Einkehrpunkt auf der Strecke ebenso wie als eigenständiges Ausflugsziel oder Kulisse für besondere Anlässe und Feierlichkeiten genutzt.
Eigentümer der Hütte ist Familie Bareiss die neben der Wanderhütte Sattelei auch den Forellenhof Buhlbach und selbstverstänldich das allseits bekannte Hotel Bareiss in Mitteltal führt.
