Der Almschank Holzerböden ist eine herrlich gelegene Einkehrmöglichkeit, in der Wanderer - auf Anfrage - auch im Matratzenlager, Zimmer oder im Heu übernachten können. Die Übernachtung bietet sich besonders für diejenigen an, die - vom Keilbachjoch kommend - die Ahrntaler Schmugglerpfade auf dem hochgelegenen Almenweg bis zur Waldneralm fortsetzen wollen oder den Fernwanderweg Mayrhofen - Meran laufen.

Mitte Juni bis Mitte Oktober. Evtl. auch früher, das hängt vom Stand der Heuernte ab. Am besten auf den Holzerböden bei Hermann Klammer anrufen (Tel. +39 349 713 0859) oder in den Tourismusbüros nachfragen.
