The Clever Tower of the Klostertal Valley This challenging, individualistic climb up one of the most magnificent peaks in the Lechquellengebirge, offering a breathtaking panoramic view, requires agility at the summit and a trained eye for the right handholds and footholds.

We start at the Freiburger Hütte on wide, well-developed paths towards Gwurfjoch (T3), up to the ridge that brings us to the Roggelskopf 2284 m (T4). On the ridge, the path becomes narrow and sure-footedness is required. For the ascent and descent to/from the Roggelskopf over secured and exposed paths, a head for heights and the use of hands for progress should also be a familiar friend. Afterwards, it becomes relaxed again and we reach the hunting lodge and Bergwälder Klostertal via a loop, then return to the Freiburger Hütte.

Sporty alpine hike to a scenic high terrace On a hollow-shaped and treeless high terrace beneath the Roggelskopf, the Gavarvorsäß invites you to a short, quiet, and quite romantic half-day tour across alpine meadows and through mountain forest. However, you first have to earn the changing views of the peaks in the Verwall and Rätikon ranges through a few brisk intermediate climbs.

2-day tour from Dalaas to the Saladinaspitze and the Freiburger Hut. The next day via the Gehrengrat to Klösterle and by bus back to Dalaas.
