It is a scenic, varied hike. It leads over well-passable forest paths and partly asphalted roads.

Part 1 of the Paartal hike: You can expect an ancient Bavarian, quiet landscape equipped with gentle hills and green forests. Starting from the east of Augsburg, from Friedberg, you hike through the idyllic Paartal and along historic paths to Ingolstadt. Experience and enjoy Bavarian coziness and discover hidden sights. An afternoon walk along the Paar from Dasing station southwards towards Harthausen and back.

Nice tour through the Wittelsbacher Land. Before Corona times, there was a place to stop in Obergriesbach. Maybe this will be available again soon.

Der Weg führt sowohl über asphaltierte als auch über befestigte Abschnitte. Im Ecknachtal ist er flach, rund um Schafhausen hügeliger Natur.
