Hiking in Checa

The Camino del Cid is a cultural-historical long-distance hiking route that follows the traces of the medieval knight Rodrigo Díaz de Vivar, also known as El Cid Campeador.

The third section of the Camino del Cid, "The Three Taifas" (Las tres taifas), is about 260 kilometers long and runs from Ateca (province of Zaragoza) to Cella (province of Teruel).

The Tajo Natural Path takes us along more than 1000 kilometers beside the longest river of the Iberian Peninsula. From its source in the Sierra de Albarracín to the Portuguese border in Cedillo, it crosses a vast array of landscapes, alongside much of the history and culture of inland Iberia, traversing from east to west the provinces of Teruel, Guadalajara, Madrid, Toledo, and Cáceres. 

The crossing on foot of the Iberian Peninsula from east to west, from Valencia to Lisbon following the mountains of the Iberian System and the Central System and ending along the Atlantic coast. PNAT Laguna de la Salobreja (Orea)

Se encuentra en el termino de Guadalajara.Enclave de vistas panoramicas y punto desde el cual comienza el sendero que nos conduce a la cueva del tornero. A orilla del caucecavidad la cual no es conveniente su visita en epocas de lluvias ni deshielos ya que los accesos se vuelven inpracticables.
