Hiking in Bourscheid

From Ettelbrück to Kautenbach, the "Escapardenne Lee Trail" winds always near the railway line through dense forests and quiet river valleys. The long-distance route offers you a nature experience combined with cultural highlights of the region.

The Auto-Pédestre Bourscheid route runs through wild landscapes and offers great views of the famous castle.

Hello there  Today we walked the Eislek Path Hoscheid in real hiking weather, sleet, freezing rain and sunshine, and were simply thrilled.  The highlight, the Molberlee (Blaubeerlay), we saved for the end and therefore went the route clockwise starting from Hoscheid. Another advantage in my opinion is that you then ascend the ridge.  The path runs mostly on trails, but there are also sections that run on forest roads.  Overall, surefootedness and a certain amount of freedom from dizziness are required. My first route in the Eislek region thrilled me. The paths are well signposted and maintained. Thumbs up. We will definitely come back. And have fun, Olaf  www.sandalenverbot.de
