Hiking in Asolo

The tourist cycle-pedestrian route On the Trails of the Ezzelini along the Muson and the Lastego develops in two branches and reaches a total length of 40 km.

Tenth stage of the Way of Saint Anthony: from the center of Asolo we reach Camposampiero, passing through pleasant stretches along the Muson stream.

Ninth stage of the Cammino di Sant’Antonio: from Volpago del Montello we arrive at Asolo, along a hiking path that leads to beautiful panoramic viewpoints.

A hike that rejuvenates the spirit.

If you know my routes, you know I love loop tours. For this reason, I took the usual tour of the 2 rocche and turned it into this loop that does not pass through the rocca of Cornuda but gets close to it, if you want to go see it.

From the Villa Barbaro parking lot, follow trail 59 up to Forcella Mostaccin and then continue along the path of the 'sentiero delle 2 rocche' to the Asolo fortress. There are small detours leading to the hilltops; I recommend the one to the little church of San Giorgio with a beautiful view. Be careful as many MTB riders circulate; avoid during the hot season.

Starting from Casella d'Asolo, we will climb to Asolo via Via Sottocastello and after visiting the center of the City of a Hundred Horizons, we will return along a path immersed in the woods
