Hikes in Weitefeld

One of the most popular hiking tours in Weitefeld is the "Around the Dornburg" route. This approximately 10-kilometre-long route leads through varied landscapes such as meadows, forests and small streams. Along the way you can enjoy breathtaking views of the village as well as the surrounding nature. The route is also ideal for families with children as it is relatively flat and offers many interesting places to rest.

For experienced hikers, we recommend the more challenging "Westerwald Panorama Trail". This trail, which is around 15 kilometres long, leads along the Westerwald mountain range and rewards its visitors with spectacular views over the entire valley.
