The hike "From the Leinwiesen to the Hafental" is located in the Welzheimer Wald, adjacent north of the Albvorland, a central part of the Swabian-Franconian Keuperbergland. The stepped landscape of the Keuperbergland is characterized by hard sandstones and soft clay and marl layers with partly deeply incised ravines and gorges. The latter has always made agricultural use difficult, allowing large forest areas to develop.

Wunderschöne abwechslungsreiche Tour. Interessante Wege in abwechslungsreicher Landschaft.
