A loop around Himmelbjerget with a nice detour into the neighboring forest; elevation gain of about 300 meters; sturdy, waterproof footwear is recommended for the eastern part of the hike.

We did the tour on 11.8.2025. Starting at the church we went through the first street and thought we were on a private property right before we went through high grass along the field. Hoping that the owner is not annoyed about all the hikers. Leaving Adslev behind us, we enjoyed the varying scenery along the way with the small village, the fields and the forest.
The highlight of the tour definitely are the wooden steps or small bridges covered with metallic fence to make it less slippery in the area with the wetland. The kids loved that very special part.
We made a picknick at Kollens Molle where the kids played with the water stream.
Afterwards some parts of the hike are along roads which are a bit tricky regarding the traffic.
We can definitely recommend this hiking tour!
Super schöne kleine Runde.
Haben wir zur Pause auf der Fahrt weiter in den Norden gemacht.
