Short hike over the cliff coastBetween Castelldefels and Sitges, the Massís del Garraf drops steeply into the sea. Our hike leads along the edge of the Parc Natural de Garraf to the hermitage Ermita de la Trinitat. It stands on a prominent mountain ledge directly above the coast and offers beautiful views out to sea. Unfortunately, the hiking enjoyment is somewhat disturbed by the noise of the coastal road and a cement factory.

Short tour to the highest peak of the Garraf with extensive panoramic viewsThis hike shows a typical part of the Garraf, which rises steeply from the sea with steep limestone walls. Its barren heights are eroded and interspersed with caves and sinkholes. We hike from the excellent Pla d'en Querol viewpoint on the GR 92 past several cave entrances to the botanically rich Campgràs high pasture. From there, a rough mountain path leads us to the highest peak of the Garraf, the Cim de la Morella, from where, on clear, cold and dry winter days, you can even see Mallorca, or at least enjoy a panoramic view over the coast including Barcelona and the vastness of the Parc de Garraf.
