Escursione che collega alcune frazioni del paese di Rumo e con ampi scorci panoramici sul paese e il Monte Ozol. Da notare nella frazione di Corte Inferiore la chiesetta quattrocentesca di S. Uldarico da visitare per la posizione panoramica e soprattutto per gli affreschi dei Baschenis al suo interno.

Anello da Proves che tocca diversi punti di interesse come rifugi laghi e cime nella meravigliosa catena delle Maddalene. Il tutto si svolge al confine tra la Val di Non e la Val d' Ultimo
