14 specially created stations await you on this hike, where your senses are primarily engaged. In addition to interesting mindfulness exercises, there is also the occasional treasure hunt that adventurers will fully enjoy.  The pure walking time of the hike is 1.5 hours. If you participate in each station, you will be on the way for about 3.5 hours. The treasure hunt is suitable for both children and adults (recommended age: 8-99). To complete all the stations, you must be at least 2 people. One person should be able to read. However, the paths are not suitable for strollers, as there are not only forest roads but also narrow paths.  You can download the descriptions of the individual stations for free at www.Puls-der-Freiheit.de. You absolutely need this description because otherwise you cannot do the treasure hunt. In this description you will also find all other important information. Have fun with this very special experience :-)

Einziger Wermuthstropfen: Sehr viel Asphaltstrecke.
