Départ de Ste Catherine, traversée la rivère platte et monter jusquà atteindre un croisement. Au sommet prendre à droite pour rejoindre la route du Sapin. Au lieu dit "Margara" prendre le chemin à gauche et rejoindre la D63. Monter à l'Aubépin en longeant parfois le sentier qui suit la D63. Traverser l'Aubépin (Staut de Jeanne ... route de l'indépendance). A la croix prendre légèrement à droite le chemin de Laudrière sur environ 400m et quitter la route pour prendre un chemin à gauche. Atteindre le hameau des Loives, le traverser tout droit puis prendre le sentier à gauche. Traverser la route de l'indépendance , suivre un bout de chemin et atteindre une route que l'on remonte (on passe par le grange Gauthier et la but d'Arpin. Au bout de la route on atteind le lieu dit les "4 Vents".  Prendre Le deuxième sentier sur la gauche et suivre la crête (traversée d'un bois). Rejoindre la route (CR46) par la droite, et la suivre sur environ 300m. Au bout de la ligne droite, suivre le sentier tout droit (Croix), continuer le sentier tout droit (le chemin passe à gauche de la crête et rejoint un sous bois). A la sortie du sous bois continuer tout droit (magnifique vue sur la crête que l'on va suivre). Rester tout du long sur la crête jusqu'à atteindre le Camping du Chatelard (on le laisee sur la droite). Descendre par le sentier pratiquement en ligne droite pour rejoindre sainte catherine.Bonne ballade à tousAlain
