    Eine wirklich schöne Tour – (fast) immer die Zugspitze im Blick. Beim Abstieg durch die Biberwierer Scharte muss man etwas aufpassen, gerade auf dem feinen Schotter; hier helfen Wanderstöcke. In Biberwier (direkt an der Kirche) findet man sogar einen MPreis, hier kann man sich nochmals mit Getränken und Snacks stärken. Diese Etappe ist nicht überlaufen, und im Sommer findet man auf der Wolfratshauser Hütte gut eine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit. Die Coburger Hütte mit dem Sebensee, dem Drachensee und dem Ausblick auf das Zugspitzmassiv ist ein mega Aussichtspunkt (Postkartenmotiv). Auf dem Weg zur Coburger Hütte lohnt sich eine Einkehr auf der Sebenalm (leckeres Essen) – egal, ob man aus Richtung Knorrhütte, Ehrwalder Alm oder Hochfeldernalm kommt. Ich wurde noch nie auf einer dieser Hütten enttäuscht. Von der Wolfratshauser Hütte hat man ebenfalls die Zugspitze fest im Blick. Ich bin schon mehrmals von der Wolfratshauser Hütte über das Sommerbergjöchle ins Lechtal oder noch weiter ins Tannheimer Tal gewandert. Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten bieten hier z. B. die Ehenbichler Alm und die Sennalpe Raaz. Aber auch hier gibt es unzählige Varianten und den ein oder anderen Gipfel unterwegs zum Mitnehmen.

    Super Alm, perfekter Kuchen, Espresso und Service. Wir waren Mit dem Mountainbike dort und bekamen auch noch 5min vor Schluss Apfelschorle, Kuchen und Espresso. Die Kuhkälbchen kamen bis zum Tisch und passten zwischendurch auf unsere Bikes auf.

    Top Tour, wir sind gegen den Uhrzeigersinn gelaufen. Sehr früh morgens los, waren „alleine“ am Seebensee, dann Coburger Hütte, Tajatörl und runter Richtung Brendlsee. Grandiose Landschaft, ohne Altschneefelder, sehr gut machbar! Der Rückweg zieht sich, man sollte schon kein Wanderanfänger sein :-), da etwas Kondition schon von Vorteil ist. Technisch aber nicht schwer.

    Eine der bestgelegenen Hütten die ich kenne. Wunderschöne Landschaft, super Wandermöglichkeiten und ein schöner Zustieg. Bei sehr guter Bewirtung und mit dem netten Hüttenteam haben wir uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt.

    Sehr großes Haus, von strenger Hand sehr gut geführt. Besonders gefallen mir der Trockenraum, der total überfüllt mit triefend nassen Sachen trotzdem bis zum Morgen alles getrocknet hat. Und die heißen Wärmflachen erst! Gerne hätte aber auch ich mir als Nicht-Veganerin zum Frühstuck gerne die Auswahl Hafer- oder Sojadrink zum Müsli gewünscht und Margarine: das wäre ohne großen Mehraufwand wie in anderen Hütten sicher möglich. Der Hummus war aber sehr lecker. Danke euch!

    Prima Runde auch für Zwischendurch. Haben uns die Füße vertreten beim Wechsel unserer Unterkunft. Schöne Pfade prägen die Runde. Das Stück Straße ist kurz. Den Wasserfall sollte man mitnehmen. Ist ausgeschildert. Parkplatz ist besser am Sportplatz im Ort Wald. Dort beginnt auch offiziell der Weg.

    Ich bin diese Route im Rahmen einer selbst geplanten Alpenüberquerung im Jahr 2025 gegangen. Von der Langentalereckhütte bis zum Langentaljoch war ich völlig alleine. Die Leiter am Joch zur Grenze Österreich - Italien ist ein Highlight. Von dort oben hat man einen Blick bis zu den Dolomiten. Die Wegfindung auf Südtiroler Seite ist nicht immer ganz einfach, da der Weg nicht unterhalten und wenig begangen wird. Sobald man den Hauptweg in Richtung Stettiner Hütte erreicht, trifft man auch wieder auf andere Wanderer.
