Hike carried out on 02.09.2023 within the framework of the sports event NORD-MARSCH 7th CHAUKEN-MARSCH Oldenburg 110km. Route was created from my GPS recording. Also a contribution to the Ultramarsch quarterly challenge "Screw the wings I'm going on foot" 1500km "Just Hike" in the quarter. For this Nord-Marsch route, 110km must be walked within a maximum of 27.5 hours from the start time. The circular route, very nicely planned, begins/ends at the former air base near Oldenburg. The route leads through the beautiful Oldenburg region, structured in several laps with common intersections - mostly about 15km length. You walk through varied environments on well-passable paths. It goes through towns (including Bad Zwischenahn, Wiefelstede, Rastede), small forest areas, and wide agricultural surroundings. The Zwischenahner Meer is almost completely circled.
