Lundi 13 juillet 2026 : Balade hebdomadaire des BIOS Une nouvelle fois, départ matinal à 09:00 h pour quelques 14 BIOS "un peu fous", à savoir 6 dames et 8 hommes, pour éviter les chaleurs trop importantes de l'après-midi.Sous la houlette de votre serviteur, sous une très belle journée estivale, nous nous lançons à l'assaut d'une balade déjà effectuée par 2 BIOS en date du 27 juin 2019.Nous avons emprunté de la route, des sentiers forestiers et campagnards, ainsi que des prairies.Balade quelque peu fatigante au vu des dénivelés répétés, tant positifs que négatifs. Monday, August 19, 2024: Weekly ride of the "BIOS". Under very pleasant weather, our guide of the day Gérard led the brave "BIOS", numbering 13, 4♀ and 9♂ including one young, into his Andrimont "territory". He took us through cemetery, meadow, road, forest and country trails, in a pleasant region to discover. We had to tackle some steep climbs and descents, watching where to put our feet. Distance measured with Sity Trail of 7.3 km.
