There is no single idea of outdoor, or at least there shouldn't be, just as there is no single idea of landscape or nature. Increasingly often, the concept of outdoor is linked to sport and performance, supported by the narration of the media, major events like the Olympics, and last but not least, by the great outdoor companies. We would like the idea of outdoor to also exist independently from effort, achievement, altitude, and even from the idea of untouched nature, wilderness, and its purity. So what is the "right recipe" for outdoor? Does one even exist? There are no simple answers to this question; what we know is that asking questions and trying to redefine this concept leads to its openness and greater inclusivity. Accessibility and a sense of inclusion—socially, as a community, economically, and physically/sportively—are generated, creating value in the world of outdoor experience and in living nature. What we want to try to do, together with Georama and ViaDaMilano, is explore and expand this concept, deconstructing it and giving it one (or more) definitions that reflect its multiplicity. Here is then a series of events dedicated to redefining and "broadening" the concept of outdoor, focusing particularly on aspects of contemporary exploration, moving sustainably, and proximity and urban tourism. Departure from the parking lot of the Malnate cemetery. Go up behind the cemetery (or pass through it) and then go down a staircase to the roundabout leading up to Malnate. Here, to the right of the restaurant, follow the path that goes between the houses. Signposts describe the cycling route of the Lanza Valley park.

Der Wegabschnitt vom Stadtzentrum von Varese in Richtung Viale Belforte ist nicht sehr attraktiv: Viel Autoverkehr auf Strassen mit stellenweise fehlenden Geh- und Fussgängerstreifen! Vorsicht bei der Strassenüberquerung SP3 in Richtung Chiesa della Madonna di Campagna.

La Bevera è un torrente della provincia di Varese, affluente dell'Olona. Nasce presso Baraggia di Viggiù e scorre in direzione nordest-sudovest confluendo da sinistra nell'Olona a Varese. Attraversa i comuni di Viggiù, Arcisate, Cantello, Malnate e Varese. Il principale affluente è il Cavo Diotti. Le falde e molte sorgenti del fiume Bevera alimentano almeno il 60% dell'acqua potabile della città di Varese e dei comuni limitrofi. La fauna ittica comprende la trota fario, lo scazzone, il vairone, il gobione, il pesce persico, il persico sole, l'alborella, la lampreda padana ed il cobite comune. (descrizione presa da wikipedia )
