    Ich bin die Schnade gestern mitgelaufen, somit war der Weg bestens aufbereitet und beschildert. Da er tatsächlich mitten durch Feld und Flur verläuft wird er in den nächsten Wochen noch gut abzulaufen sein. Das wird ab nä. Jahr bis zum Jahr 2036 nicht besser werden.

    Erg mooie tour. Wij zijn gestart aan de weg in het midden van beide lussen. Eerst naar de rotsen (Zeker beklimmen zeer mooi uitzicht). Daarna de lus van de Glinsterkopf. Het tweede deel hiervan wandel je over een lange kam met erg mooi uitzicht.

    Sehr schöne, abwechslungsreiche Runde mit toller Weitsicht, wobei die natürlich leider auch dem immensen Waldsterben geschuldet ist. Die Wege sind auch wunderbar vielfältig, vom gut gepolsterten Waldweg, über Schotter, nur wenig Asphalt war alles dabei. Wasser gab es für den Hund zumindest jetzt im Februar reichlich. Bänke zum Verweilen und Rasten sind auch zahlreich vorhanden.

    Die Bruchhauser Steine sind ein ziemliches Spektakel, wir haben es bis zum Gipfelkreuz geschafft. Es bieten sich insgesamt viele, tolle Ausblicke auf die umliegende Landschaft, zumindest dann, wenn sich das Laub der Bäume noch nicht voll ausgebreitet hat. Positiv aufgefallen sind uns auch die gute Weg-Beschilderung, die Rastbänke und Schutzhütten. Nicht ganz so toll waren die teils langen, schnurgerade laufenden Trails mit rutschigen Kieselstein-Passagen. Den Abschnitt über den Ginsterkopf haben wir aufgrund eines Gewitters leider nicht mehr erlebt und sind anstattdessen auf dem unteren Trail direkt zurück zum Parkplatz. Auf unserer Uhr wurden trotz der Verkürzung 12,2 km angezeigt, so dass die angegebene Gesamtlänge von 13,3 km fraglich ist. Wir können es uns vorstellen, die Tour nochmal zu machen, vielleicht im Herbst.

    wegen der sehr großen Hitze bin ich den Weg in umgekehrter Richtung gewandert. So geht man mehr bergab. Leider führt der Weg überwiegend über Forststraßen obwohl der Rotharsteig teilweise parallel verläuft. Auch sind schattige Rastplätze Mangelware. Trotzdem eine schöne Wanderung

    Eine schöne Runde mit viel auf und ab. Parken an der Schützenhalle ist top. Dann geht es auch gleich steil den Hügel rauf. Viele Bänke laden ein zur Rast. Eine tolle Landschaft und immer neue Sichten. Das war super. Die letzten 2km sind kein Wanderweg und man schlägt sich durch ehemaligen Fahrspuren der Forstmaschinen oder durch das Dickicht, deshalb ein Punkt weniger.
