    Ein wirklich sehr schöner Weg, abwechslungsreich, tolle Ausblicke, da lohnt die Anstrengung, denn der Weg ist wirklich lang und hat einige Höhenmeter. Ich schließe mich der vorherigen Rezensentin an, es fehlt den steilen Weg hoch zum Heimatblick an Rastmöglichkeiten, selbst oben angekommen .... nichts. Breite Wege, doch keine Bank, etc. Auf der ganzen weiten breiten Strecke bis zum Heimatblick tolle Aussicht, doch keine offizielle Rastmöglichkeit, Schade und etwas mager für einen Premiumweg, der generell nicht gerade üppig mit Rastmöglichkeiten ist. Daher Punktabzug. Auch die ersten drei Kilometer bis zum Aufstieg sind etwas langweilig über Asphalt, doch ansonsten sehr abwechslungsreicher und gelungener Weg und das bei Traumwetter.

    Sehr schöne, aber lange und anstrengende Tour. Auf dem Anstieg zum Heimatblick fehlen mehr Rastmöglichkeiten. Weil ich gerade die alten Kommentare gelesen habe: Wer auf dieser Tour durch die hessische Rhön kommt, hat sich verlaufen. Die ist zwar nahe, aber trotzdem noch mind. 600 m vom Weg entfernt. :) Sterneabzug weil ein Landwirt bei Oberfladungen auf ~ 200 m den kompletten Weg mit Jauche überzogen hat.

    Auch 2023 eine sehr schöne Tour! Am schwarzen Moor sollte man früh starten, sonst wird es voll. Der Aussichtsturm ist aktuell wegen Bauarbeiten gesperrt. Kleiner Tipp: nicht auf der Bank direkt am Dreiländereck rasten, sondern etwa 100 Meter weitergehen. Dort steht auf der rechten Seite eine Bank mit Tisch und fantastischer Aussicht. Kurz nach Kilometer 8 führt der Track auf einen Pfad, den es inzwischen wohl nicht mehr gibt, hier ist alles zugewuchert. Am besten kurz vorher an der Kreuzung direkt rechts in Richtung Steinbruch abbiegen.

    Traumhafter Rhön-Rundweg mit besten Ausblicken auf die umliegenden Berge von Wüstensachsen, in das Ulstertal und Teile der bayerischen sowie thüringer Rhön. Der Rundweg kann auch mit dem Naturlehrpfad am Schwarzen Moor verknüpft werden (ca. dreiviertel Stunde bis Stunde zusätzlich).

    Sehr schöne Extratour durch die Teile der Thüringer, Bayrischen und Hessischen Rhön mit regelmäßig traumhaften Weitblicken. Die Wanderung lässt sich auch super mit einem Spaziergang entlang des Naturlehrpfades im Schwarzen Moor verbinden.

    Tolle abwechslungsreiche Tour. Achtung: Nach Dreiländereck stimmt der Track nicht mehr. Schotterweg folgen bis rechts ein Pfad abgeht und auf diesem weiter. Kurz vor dem Basalt-Schotterwerk ist die Wegführung etwas hakelig. Der Wald-Weg ist schwer zu erkennen und endet bei einer kleinen abfallenden Böschung. Ist aber machbar.

    Hallo zusammen, wir waren gestern schon um 8:30 Uhr am schwarzen Moor gestartet. Wir waren ganz alleine im Moor! Ganz tolle Atmosphäre.... dann ging es weiter zum Dreiländereck. Dann eine kurze Rast auf dem wunderschönen Rastplatz und weiter zum Bachlauf. Das Örtchen Birx schön und knuffig.... Dann zum Wachturm! Mein Papa war beim BGS und hat mir früher alles genauso erklärt! Am Parkplatz angekommen haben wir uns spontan noch zu einem Besuch der Wasserkuppe entschieden. Folglich kommt der Wasserfall beim nächsten Besuch!!! War wunderschön !!!
